Sign-In Sheets
Inform Plate umpire if a team has not completed and handed in the sign-in sheet prior to the start of the game.
The offending coach has 20 minutes from the start time of the game to do so, otherwise the game is forfeited.
The advantage of obtaining the sign-in sheet is so that you have a reference sheet of full player names and jersey number for when completing and updating the pitch count records. Sometimes the only identification one has is the jersey number or initials on the pitch count sheets.
Players arriving later in the tournament must sign in prior to taking the field.
All call-up or call-across players must have a copy of their roster provided by secretary.
BOD approved overage players are noted on rosters and only these players may play for the team they are assigned to.
