CLARIFICATIONS on weather related suspension of games effective 2017:
League games suspended due to weather are considered an official game if the home team is winning in the bottom of the 4th inning or after 1 hour of play. If the game is not an official game, then it is wiped out and restarted fresh, unless both teams agree to resume where it left off. The only reason to resume where it was left off is if the teams have another game between each other and want to finish the rained-out game the same night. (BOD Nov-2-16)
Score Reporting
The home team is designated to reporting the game score within 2 days of the game via the OneDB http://www.theonedb.com web-link. (BOD Nov-2-16)

That there be a 5 year pause on accepting applications to amend our handbook with respect Rep only teams and rep only divisions as part of WOBA league play. If the majority BOD wishes to make an amendment, then application of intent must be brought forward at a BOD meeting for approval of submission for the AGM CARRIED
