3.5 Notice – Written or electronic notice of the date of the Annual Meeting of the Members will be given to all Members in good standing, Directors, and the Auditor (if appointed) at least fourteen (14) days and not more than fifty (50) days prior to the date of the meeting. A further notice will be provided fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the meeting containing a proposed agenda and reasonable information to permit Members to make informed decisions.
