4.14 Chair, Meetings of the Board, Article IV GOVERNANCE, WOBA By-Laws (Western Ontario Baseball Association)

4.14               Chair – The President will be the Chair of all meetings of the Board unless another individual is designated to be the Chair by the President. In the absence of the President, or if the meeting of the Board was not called by the President, the Board will appoint an individual to Chair the meeting.
