7.2 Executive Committee – The Executive Committee will be composed of the Directors and one (1) representative from each Local Association. Each member of the Executive Committee has one (1) vote each and ten (10) members constitute a quorum. The Executive Committee may appoint an Umpiring Consultant to the Executive Committee in a non-voting advisory role. The Board may delegate any of its powers and functions to the Executive Committee, which will have the authority to oversee the implementation of the Corporation’s policies and procedures during intervals between meetings of the Board. Decisions of the Executive Committee must be ratified by the Board at the next meeting of the Board to continue to take effect.
