All locals to complete this form for the calculation of fees due for WOBA league play. The fees are due at the league scheduling meeting (by the end of April). This form also has a section for OBA rostered teams. WOBA only collects the fees for the OBA Rep teams which is due 10 days before the Rep team's first game. All OBA Select fees are paid directly to the Baseball Ontario office. Payment can be made by E-transfer -- details noted on the form.
