All locals to complete this form for their local association with respect to the number of teams playing in the WOBA league for the current season. This form and the payment of fees are due at the league scheduling meeting. If paying by cheque print copy and submit along with your cheque at the scheduling meeting. E-transfer also an option, details noted on the form. If unsure if rostering an OBA team (either Select or Rep) leave blank and submit new form at a later date. Please note that we will only be collecting fees for Rep. Locals submit Select fees directly to Ontario Baseball Association on their Select form.
