GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO ANNOUNCES LOCKDOWN

Province-wide lockdown for at least 4 weeks

The Ontario government has announced that as of 12:01am, Saturday, April 3rd, the province is moving back to lockdown in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a result of this lockdown for at least the next four weeks, Baseball Ontario is suspending all in-person organized baseball activities, both indoor and outdoor, as of 12:01am, Saturday, April 3rd, 2021.

As long as the government lockdown continues, no such activity will be permitted.

Baseball Ontario will continue to monitor the situation and advise of any changes as they develop.

Baseball Ontario is committed to offering a meaningful baseball season in 2021 and is planning accordingly. We all depend on each other to adhere to the recommended safety protocols now, so that we can hopefully play baseball this summer.
