See WOBA Rule Book Appendix 2, Discipline Policy for the guidelines for discipline of Minor Infractions such as foul language or un-sportsmanlike conduct. If the coach's or player's team plays another game at your tournament you may enforce a one game suspension in addition to the game in which the infraction occurred. Umpire must complete online ejection form within 24 hours of the incident.

More serious or major infractions where by a coach or player is ejected from the game will include one game suspension in addition to the game in which the infraction occurred. The Convenor should report serious and major infractions to the WOBA UIC and VP. Depending on the severity and/or on recommendation, the Convenor may impose more than one additional game or remove the individual from the remainder of the tournament. The umpire must complete the online ejection report within 24 hours of the incident.

Together with the VP, the WOBA Secretary and Umpire in Chief will review details of all online submissions. The WOBA UIC will determine, based on the completed umpires ejection report, whether the discipline already served is sufficient. The WOBA VP will also determine whether any ejection merits review and if any discipline carries forward either into the next season or any remaining league play as a call-up or rep play for the current season.
