WOBA --League Team Commitment for Year-End Championship Tournament Form
Every WOBA league team must complete the Commitment Form and submit to the WOBA's BOD July 3rd meeting in Listowel at the Legion @ 7:15pm.
This form declares if a local league team will or will not participate at the League's Year-End Championship tournament.
