WOBA Nominations now OPEN!
Submitted By WOBA Secretary on Friday, September 7, 2018
WOBA is now accepting award nominations online. Nominations forms are located above in tab bar under "WOBA Online Forms".

We want to honor our best coaches, officials, players, teams and volunteers, for their performances and/or contributions to the sport of baseball.  We invite local members to nominate those individuals who deserve recognition for their performance over the past year.  All nominees must be affiliated with Western Ontario Baseball Association.

The BOD will review and select the most deserving candidate in each category.   The more information provided on the form, the better the BOD can assess your nominee.  Nominations will only be accepted as an online submission.  Both the WOBA VP of the North and our Umpire in Chief will be the recipients of these submissions.

Deadline to nominate is noon on Monday, October 1st.

Award winners will be contacted for award presentation at WOBA's AGM on Monday, November 5th, 2018 in Listowel at the Kin-Station, 555 Binning St. at 7:15pm.

Award Categories:
Coach of the Year: Youth coach / Adult Coach
Player or Pitcher of the Year:  Youth / Adult
Team of the Year
Volunteer of the Year
Junior Umpire of the Year
Senior Umpire of the Year

WOBA may forward an award recipient nomination to Baseball Ontario for provincial award consideration at their AGM in November.
